    Mohammed Khattab, The director of training and development in Saad private school said that there having capital, industry and technology is useless without cultivating the most important resource; people. He asserted that cultivating the mind, educating it and developing it surpasses developing any other tangible resource. 

    He said that in a lecture that he presented in Asharqia chamber on Wednesday, 21 October 2015. The lecture was titled “education’s role in development”, and it was within the activities of the private education committee in the chamber. He added that education is essential to the development process, and particular essential to sustain a useful human resources database. Education would help people understand themselves better, as well as the society and world; it will improve the life quality, along with all the numerous social and economic benefits.  Education has plenty of benefits that have a long-term impact, if we have educated parents that will surely reflect on their kids, as well as encouraging females to get proper education, which affects the economy. In short, education improves incomes and assures equal opportunities between the genders, and provides opportunities in the public and private sectors. He added that for education to have a positive impact, it all relies on its type, quality and suitability for the society’s different development stages.  At the end of the meeting, the chamber gave the guest speaker an honorary recognition plaque.
